Yes, exactly. Perhaps it's just ocean forever. Or perhaps eventually you bump up against the Fade. Or perhaps if you go far enough there'll be another land with a completely different set of people with a completely different set of problems. Scaly dragon-people who speak their own version of Trade and are worried about what would happen if Darkspawn reach the giant human slumbering underground and start the next Blight.
Then it's settled. The two of us will make up a party and go--well, left--until we find the dragon-people. And we'll answer some philosophical questions along the way.
